/ The brief
The site looked right on a laptop but cramped on the phones most diners use, the Kannada copy was a rough draft, and every menu or price change needed a developer.
/ What we built
We rebuilt it on Next.js 16 with a CMS, so the owner edits the menu, prices, opening hours and both languages herself. Tables, cards and tap targets were reworked for 390px screens first, and the Kannada was reviewed line by line.
/ What changed
It scores 100 across Lighthouse, loads in under a second on mobile at an eighth of the old page weight, and is ready to be found on Google.
