/ How payment works
  1. [01]We invoice you after the proposal is agreed. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI.
  2. [02]One-time projects: 50% to start, 50% before launch. The site goes live once it is paid in full.
  3. [03]Monthly plans: invoiced in advance on the 1st, due within 7 days. Pay 12 months upfront and get one month free.
  4. [04]Late invoices get a friendly reminder at 7 days. Sites are paused after 30 days unpaid.
/ Who owns what
  1. [01]Your domain is always registered in your name and you hold the login.
  2. [02]Your content, photos and logo are yours, always.
  3. [03]One-time projects: you own the code and design outright on final payment.
  4. [04]Monthly plans: after the 12-month minimum you can buy out the site for a fixed fee, or it is yours free after 24 months.

FAQs

What counts as an "edit" on a monthly plan?

Changing text, photos, prices, opening hours, adding a team member or a blog post, small layout tweaks. New features, like adding online bookings, are quoted separately.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Every site comes with a simple editor for text and images. Most clients still send us their edits on WhatsApp, and that's fine too.

What happens if I cancel?

After the minimum term, give us 30 days' notice. You keep your domain, and you can buy out the site or take your content with you.

Do you work outside Mysuru?

Yes. Most of the work happens on calls and shared previews, so anywhere in India (or beyond) works.

Do you take card payments?

Not yet. We invoice and you pay by bank transfer or UPI. It keeps things simple and keeps fees off your bill.
