Who owns what
The question everyone should ask about a website subscription, answered in writing.
[01] Your domain
Always registered in your name, with you as the account holder. We only manage the DNS on your behalf.
[02] Your content
Text, photos, logos and anything else you give us are yours. You can ask for a full export at any time.
[03] The design and code
One-time projects: yours outright once the final invoice is paid. Monthly plans: licensed to you while the plan is active. After the 12-month minimum you can buy it out for a fixed fee, or it is yours free after 24 months.
[04] If you leave
We hand over your content and, if bought out, the full site source, and help move it to your new host.
