/ The brief
Meridian made beautiful posters on a laptop, but on a phone it was unusable: the controls covered the map, gestures fought the page, and big exports crashed mobile browsers.
/ What we built
We rebuilt the experience for phones first: a collapsible tabbed sheet that keeps the poster in view, native pinch, pan and twist-to-rotate on the map, and an export that uses the phone's share sheet and respects iPhone canvas memory limits. Then we moved it to React 19 and Vite 8 and made it indexable on Netlify.
/ What changed
It now works on phones as well as on desktop and scores 100 in all four Lighthouse categories on mobile and desktop.
