Patients wanted to know treatments, costs and whether the doctor was in today, and the only way to find out was to call during clinic hours.

Treatments explained in plain language, indicative prices, doctor schedules, and a WhatsApp appointment button on every page.

Fewer "are you open?" calls, more booked appointments, and edits handled within 48 hours on the Essential plan.
